The palletizer, also called a manipulator, has multi-purpose functions and is suitable for stacking of different bricks. It saves time and conveniently separates the bricks from the pallet. When the stack reaches certain layers, the conveyor belt will move the bricks to the forklift position. The forklift will transfer the stacked bricks and put them in the storage, and separate the pallets and remove them for repeated use.

The palletizer is suitable for various concrete block machine, saves time and effort for palletizing various types of bricks, automatically returns pallets, and realizes unmanned operation of the whole machine. For example, a factory with an annual output of 50,000 cubic meters of hollow bricks, it can saves about RMB200,000, and can save 4-6 times of workers, and the efficiency is considerable.
