The design principle of this equipment is the fermentation characteristics of microorganisms. The main use of multi-stage fermentation, multi-stage flipping, independent control of all levels of temperature, oxygen consumption. Fully decomposes large molecular substances in feces within 48 hours, and the product has low moisture, high organic matter, nitrogen and potassium content.

The use of waste heat recovery system, no need to add additional heat sources, low operating costs.

The feces with less than 70% moisture can be directly fed, and the feces with more than 70% moisture can be added and reused for comprehensive treatment, which has short time and low cost.

Product performance：

The final assembly power is small, the operation cost is low, and each raw material consumes only 7 degrees of electricity.

It adopts hierarchical fermentation, automatic temperature control and oxygen control, and automatic multistage flipping. 48 hours of rapid fertilizer, moisture down to about 40%.

The use of waste heat recovery system, no need to add additional heat source, the current domestic operating cost is low. Automatic production, one person operation, saving labor and time. No waste water, waste gas in the production process, environmental protection and energy saving.
